At New Destination Weddings, I believe that love speaks many languages! Every couple deserves a ceremony that feels personal, meaningful, and true to who they are. Whether you would like to incorporate another language into your ceremony or simply include a few special words that hold meaning for you, I’m happy to explore the possibilities with you.
In addition to English-language ceremonies, I offer the following options for couples who would like something a little different.
German Wedding Ceremonies
Eine Hochzeit, die von Herzen kommt!
I speak German quite well and am comfortable officiating and personalizing wedding ceremonies in German. Although I’m not completely fluent, I have a strong foundation in the language, having lived in Germany twice and studied German for eight years in high school and college. My German pronunciation is excellent, and I would love to work with you to create a ceremony that reflects your love, your traditions, and your wishes for your special day.
Bilingual English/Spanish Elopements
¡El amor habla todos los idiomas!
My spoken Spanish is basic, but I’m happy to offer a short bilingual English/Spanish ceremony for elopements. While I may not speak Spanish perfectly, I’ll do my best to make your ceremony warm, meaningful, and memorable.
Fees within the Muncie area:
- $50 for ceremonies at my home.
- $100 for ceremonies held within Muncie city limits.
Spoken English / ASL Elopements
Love can be expressed in so many beautiful ways!
My American Sign Language (ASL) skills are basic, but I can offer a short elopement ceremony combining spoken English with ASL. I’ll work to make the experience personal and meaningful for you.
